New contributor procedure
- Add him/her on SF
- Add him/her in the Jajuk Team page
- Grant him/her Trac TICKET_ADMIN rule in trac

Benefits redistribution
- Every 3 months, benefits are redistributed to project official members in proportion with the time spent.
- Payment is done for a minimum amont of 100 USD of when leaving the project
