Keystrokes
Most of Jajuk functions can be controlled using keyboard. Available keystrokes :
Player
- [Control-p]: Pause / Resume (hotkey*)
- [Control-s]: Stop
- [Control-t]: Switch in and out Repeat mode
- [Control-h]: Switch in and out Shuffle mode
- [Alt-gr-F9]: Rewind current track (hotkey*)
- [F9]: Play previous track (hotkey*)
- [Shift-F9]: Play previous album (hotkey*)
- [Alt-gr-F10]: Forward current track (hotkey*)
- [F10]: Play next track (hotkey*)
- [Shift-F10]: Play next album (hotkey*)
Sound controls
- [F8]: Mute (hotkey*)
- [Control-Down]: Increase the volume (hotkey*)
- [Control-Up]: Decrease the volume (hotkey*)
Others
- [F1]: Help
- [F2]: Rename
- [Alt-Enter] : Edit properties
- [Ctrl-Alt-N] (from Jajuk 1.10) : Force current track or radio notification
(*): hotkeys : Hotkeys work even out of Jajuk (available from MS Windows only). This feature is disabled by default to avoid interfering with others programs. You can enable it from the Parameter view / Option Tab.
Intellipad commands
Jajuk users under Windows with a Microft Intellipad keyboard can use media buttons (stop, pause, volume, mute, previous and next)
Multimedia keys
Jajuk users under Linux can use D-Bus to remote-control Jajuk.
This can be used to use multimedia keys on keyboards under Linux as well. See D-Bus for details.
